PAYMENT TERMS:
We accept VISA, MASTERCARD, DISCOVER, AMEX, or check drawn on U.S. bank in U.S. funds.
Midwestern Radon Supplies reserves the right to revoke credit, place account on C.O.D. or prepay at any time.
We will extend net 30 terms if secured with credit card. If payment is not received in 30 days,
your card will be charged.
Past due balances are subject to a service charge of 1 1/2% per month. Any account placed for collection will have collection costs added to the balance due. Prices, specifications and conditions are subject to change without written notice.
Orders placed online are with credit card only. Net 30 terms do not apply
SALES TAX:
If your order ships to a Iowa location your total will include the 6% sales tax on the merchandise ordered and the shipping charge as required by law.
LEAD TIME:
Orders received by 12:00 PM (CST) for in-stock items will ship same day.
Lead times for custom made products and special order items may vary, contact us for more information.
SHIPPING:
Due to the variation in number of boxes, box size and weight of each shipment, we can not accurately show the actual shipping charges at time of checkout. We will add the actual PUBLISHED RATE to your shipment when we ship it. We only charge published rates. We never add handling or any other fees to your order. If you must know the shipping cost ahead of time, please contact customer service at 844-301-9391 or email orders@midwesternradonsupplies.com and we will let you know the charge before it ships.
RETURN POLICY:
Items must be returned within 30 days of receipt. Contact customer service for return authorization. A restocking fee of 15% may apply. Returned items must be unused and in original packaging. Freight on returns must be prepaid. If the return is a result of our error, call tags will be issued. Shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable on returns that are not Midwestern Radon Supplies error.
No returns accepted on custom-made products.
