  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
  • All in-stock items are typically processed and shipped within 1-2 business days after your order is placed and payment is confirmed.
  • Custom or special-order items may require additional processing time. We will notify you of any delays.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

  • Shipping Rates: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, size, and destination of your order.
  • Delivery Times:
    • Standard Shipping (3-7 business days)
    • Expedited Shipping (2-3 business days)
    • Overnight Shipping (1 business day)
  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary based on your location and external factors beyond our control (e.g., weather, carrier delays).

3. Shipping Destinations

  • We currently ship to addresses within the United States and Canada.
  • At this time, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or outside the U.S. and Canada.

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to monitor the status of your shipment.

5. Shipping Delays

  • While we strive to meet delivery estimates, we are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather conditions, or other unforeseen events.
  • If your order is significantly delayed, please reach out to us, and we will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

6. Lost or Damaged Shipments

  • If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will file a claim with the carrier and do our best to resolve the issue promptly.
  • For damaged items, please provide photos of the packaging and the damaged product to help us expedite the claim process.

7. Incorrect Shipping Information

  • Please ensure that all shipping information is accurate when placing your order. We are not responsible for packages delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
  • If you realize that there is an error in your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately. While we will do our best to make adjustments, we cannot guarantee changes once the order has been processed.
