Returns

  • You may return most new, unused items within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.
  • Items must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging to qualify for a return.
  • Please contact our customer service team before returning any items to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number. Returns without an RA number may not be processed.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized or special-order products are not eligible for return.
  • Opened or used items, unless defective, are not eligible for refunds.

Refunds

  • Once we receive your returned item and confirm it is in acceptable condition, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days.
  • Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment. Depending on your bank or card issuer, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your account.

Exchanges

  • If you received a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement at no additional cost to you.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect or defective item).
  • If you are returning an item, you will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made a mistake on your order.
